If you are considering buying or selling a condo in Baltimore city you need only use Angel Stevens. To do otherwise is simply a waste of time.Angel has her ear to the ground and knows what is listed on the Internet for sale and also is very well plugged in and will know what’s coming to market.We have used Angel twice in buying and selling condos at Harbor Court. Angel sold our penthouse unit in the middle of the winter,(in December), at full price, in less than 90 days!!!!! We highly recommend Angel Stevens. We only gave a five star review because 10 stars was not an option!!!!

My wife and I have moved 4 times within the past several years, so we know a crack agent team when we see one. Angel, her husband and support staff were just that for us when we sold an investment condo in Baltimore -- they were totally professional, committed and always willing to go the extra mile -- especially essential qualities for a realtor when, like us, you're working long distance. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Angel has been my only realtor in Baltimore for almost 20 years. If you are looking to buy, sell, lease or rent property (she has helped me do ALL) in downtown Baltimore, this is who you need to see. She and Gary know Federal Hill, Canton, the Inner Harbor, Key Hwy corridor, and all of the downtown neighborhoods and property's "ins and outs" like no one else. Angel is the consummate professional, and probably the most knowledgeable realtor on the downtown area in the city. She is a wonderful person, completely trustworthy and will ALWAYS look out for the best interests of her clients. She has been the premier realtor for downtown Baltimore for over 25 years, and now that she has expanded into the greater metropolitan Baltimore area, I'm have no doubt that she will provide the same level and expertise, and personal attention that she has for so many years to her downtown clients. Any other agent is 2nd best at most.

I was truly pleased with my experience with Inner Harbor Condos. They are professional and effective. They have a network of potential buyers for inner harbor condos that is extensive and I got two bids for my condo on the same day! They helped me navigate through a few rough patches and worked overtime to make sure everything went through on the buying and selling end as I'd hoped they would. They put their heart and soul into serving my needs and making sure I was satisfied. I wouldn't go with anyone else for an inner harbor condo!

Angel did a good job of marketing our home and has a great network in the industry. We positioned our home correctly, and with the above, this helped to drive traffic. The team here is so friendly and helpful. We worked with them to find and purchase the perfect place here in the city. Gary put together a list of homes and condos for sale that included our criteria. He spent the day with us going from location to location. We happened upon a good possible option so after an initial tour decided on a second with our daughter. He also recommended that we check out another place right around the block and it was even better! My daughter was immediately in love with the room that would be hers. My husband and I were so happy with the view and that it checked off nearly all of our criteria boxes.Gary arranged for a fantastic and thorough home inspector - nothing of note found by him - and then put in our offer.Gary and Angel were great at closing and have sent us Christmas cards and gifts every year since then. It took over a year to find an apartment to buy. I must have visited dozens and dozens.Gary Cesta and Angel Stevens were as involved as I was in finding the right place, which we did. In fact, I think they found the nicest possible apartment in the entire city that we could possibly have bought given our constraints. Most importantly, they never put us under pressure, understood and utilized our needs to look for us ceaselessly, and never lost patience with us. Regarding negotiations, there was never any question on who's side they sat. They wanted me to get as much for my dollar as I could possibly get, while at the same time being realistic about just how well we could do.
