Scarlett Place

Built in 1987, Scarlett Place Condominiums was one of the first residential developments along Baltimore’s world famous Inner Harbor. Its 147 luxury homes and penthouses offer some of the finest Inner and Outer Harbor views. The exterior design was modeled after a Mediterranean hillside and incorporates one of the original walls of the Scarlett Seed Factory, on which Scarlett Place was built.
