Harbor Realty was originally opened in 1990 (as Harborside Realty) by Susan and Angel Stevens. A dynamic mother and daughter real estate team with success in residential markets throughout the Baltimore metropolitan region.

In the late 1980's Baltimore's Inner Harbor experienced a tremendous renaissance including the rise of several luxury waterfront condominium complexes. The acceptance of these new residences was slow at first. This was due to two factors. The first ... that luxury condominiums were a new commodity to the city of Baltimore, and more importantly, that the sales staff chosen to market these projects didn't fully understand ... or were unable to explain the wonderful benefits of living in a downtown luxury condominium.

At this point in time, Susan, Angel, and Harbor Realty were establishing themselves as the unofficial market experts. They became early residents of Scarlett Place and were able to explain from a resident's perspective, what downtown condo living was all about. Over the years, the company grew, adding more and more agents, and transacting sale after sale , after sale.

In the mid 1990's the firm was purchased by a regional brokerage, but the relationship did not last long. In 1998, Harbor Realty was re-established and almost immediately regained the position as market leader.

Angel Stevens, along with her husband and partner Gary Cesta continue to dominate the Inner Harbor Condominium market for sales, leasing and property management. With over $200,000,000 in luxury condominium re-sales, no other Realtor, team, or office comes close. Susan has recently opened an office in South Florida.
